- Three bedrooms with two super king beds and two singles, bed linen and towels. The beds can be reconfigured upon request, with the super king capable of being switched into two singles and vice versa with the two singles. The regular layout is for six guests, although we can set up an additional bed for a seventh guest for the fee of £15 per night. The additional bed is slightly shorter than the others, so better for children. We also have a travel cot available at no extra cost.
- We provide 100% Egyptian cotton bedding and luxurious towels.
- Two well behaved dogs are welcome at a flat rate of £30 per stay, to cover extra cleaning costs
- Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, with toiletries with Eden shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, grill, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster kettle, cafetiere, crockery and cutlery
- Utility room/store with dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, high chair
- Dining room with 8 person table and chairs, plus comfy chairs
- lounge with 43inch smart TV, large corner sofa and log burning fire.
- Hive thermostat with controllable/programable heating.
