Welcome to Sunny Brae, our beautiful Windermere cottage.

Whether you want to walk the hills, swim the Lakes or potter around the shops and cafes, Sunny Brae is a perfect base for a Lake District holiday.

Fabulously located to the south side of Windermere town, but only a few minutes walk from Bowness, you couldn't find a better location to explore the fabulous lakes.

Spacious accomodation for up to seven people

Our dog friendly accommodation consists of:

• A spacious lounge, with a large comfortable corner sofa, open fire and 43 inch smart TV
• A dining room with space for all guests
• A well equipped kitchen and utility room, with washing machine and dishwasher
• Three bedrooms with one super king bed, one king bed and two single beds, although we have flexibility to configure the bedrooms differently upon request
• We also have an extra bed or travel cot available to be made up
• 100% Egyptian cotton and two luxurious towels for all guests
• Two bathrooms and one additional toilet downstairs
• a lovely outside patio, with table and chairs and sun canopy

Although Sunny Brae is new to us and new to being a holiday let, we are experienced Airbnb hosts who have a real keen eye for detail and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests. That said, we are always looking at ways to improve our guest's stay so welcome feedback that can make a difference!
